Websites thatmake yourphone ring.
For local businesses in LA County: a site built so the people who find you on their phone call you, not the next business on the list. Your homepage preview is free.
What a good website does for a local business
Most of your customers find you on their phone. Here is what that means for your website.
76%
of people who search for something nearby on their smartphone visit a business within a day, and 28% of those searches result in a purchase.
Source: Google, How Mobile Search Connects Consumers to Stores, 2016
53%
of mobile site visits are abandoned if a page takes longer than 3 seconds to load. A slow site loses people before they ever see your number.
That is research, not a promise for any one business. What I do is build the site it points to: fast, made for phones, with your number one tap away, and you see your own numbers in the monthly report.
Built to turn visits into calls
Every site has one job: get the people who find you to call you or send a request. Here is what that looks like for you.
Calls come straight to your phone
Your number sits in the header, the hero and a sticky bar on phones. One tap from a visitor and your phone rings.
Made for the phone in their hand
Most local searches start on a phone, so your site is designed for one first, then scaled up for desktop.
Fewer people leave before they call
Slow pages lose visitors. Your site is built to score 90+ on Google's mobile speed test, and your monthly report shows the number.
Requests you can act on
People who'd rather not call send a request that lands in your inbox with their name, phone, city and what they need.
The right page for the right job
A page for each service you offer and each city you want calls from, so a searcher lands on the work they need, where they are.
Easier for Google to understand
LocalBusiness schema, clean titles and descriptions, and a sitemap, so Google can read what you do and where you do it.
Trustworthy next to competitors
Your services, hours and service area laid out clearly, plus a privacy policy written for your site, so you look like the safe choice.
Easy for every customer to use
Built to WCAG 2.1 AA: readable contrast, keyboard friendly, labeled forms. Good practice, not a legal guarantee.
How it works
Five steps from a free preview to a live site that puts your number one tap away. Your part is a couple of emails and a 5-minute form.
Free homepage preview
I build a homepage for your business from your Google listing and current site. You see it before we talk money.
Tell me what to change
Reply by email with what you like, the services you want more of and the cities you want calls from. A quick call works too if you prefer.
5-minute intake form
It comes pre-filled from your Google listing. You check the details and fill any gaps.
Live in 7 days
Your site goes live within 7 days of a complete intake form, or your setup fee is refunded.
Changes, then launch
One round of changes, then we launch. After that I keep it fast, backed up and current.
Sample designs
Ringline is new, so there are no client sites to show yet. These are three example homepages for made-up businesses. Your free preview is built the same way, with your real name, services and cities.

Questions
Something else on your mind? Send a question and I'll answer it by email.
Is the homepage preview really free?
Yes. I build a homepage for your business before we talk, and you can look at it with no obligation. If you don't want to go ahead, that's the end of it.
What does the $199 a month cover?
Hosting, SSL, backups, small edits within 48 hours, a monthly report on speed, uptime and form leads, and one Google Business Profile post each month.
Am I locked into a contract?
There's a 3-month minimum. After that it's month-to-month and you can cancel any time. There's no 12-month lock-in. If you'd rather pay for a year up front, the care plan is $1,990, the price of 10 months.
Who owns the website and the domain?
Your domain is yours, in your name. If you ever leave, I export your site for you for free.
What if my site isn't live in 7 days?
You get your $997 setup fee back. The 7 days start when your intake form is complete.
How much of my time does this take?
About 10 minutes: a 5-minute intake form that comes pre-filled from your Google listing, then one round of changes before launch. Everything can happen by email, and a quick call is there if you'd like one.
What results can I expect?
Honestly, no one can promise you a number of calls or a ranking, and I won't. Here is what industry research shows: 76% of people who search for something nearby on their smartphone visit a business within a day (Google). 53% of mobile site visits are abandoned if a page takes longer than 3 seconds to load (Google, 2016). Those are research results, not a promise for any one business. What I do is build the site the research points to: fast, made for phones, your number one tap away, and clear, complete information. Then your monthly report shows your own numbers: speed, uptime and form leads.
Will this get me to the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise rankings. Every site comes with the local SEO basics done right: LocalBusiness schema, service and city pages, clean titles and a sitemap, plus a Google Business Profile post every month. The Local Leads add-on goes further with profile management and review requests.
Is the site ADA compliant?
Every site is built to WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard most accessibility guidance points to. That's good practice, but it isn't a legal guarantee, and I won't pretend it is.
How is my site checked before launch?
Every site goes through automated checks before you see it, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
What kinds of businesses do you build for?
Local businesses and companies in LA County. The sample designs on this page are examples, not the only kind of site I build. Send a question below and we can talk about yours.
