Privacy policy
Ringline is run by Eunyoung Cho, a web designer in Sierra Madre, California. This page explains what happens to the information you send through this website.
What I collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- The free homepage preview form asks for your name, business name, type of business, city, email, and optionally your phone number and a link to your current website or Google listing.
- The question form asks for your name, email and question, and optionally your business name, phone number and website or listing link.
- If you become a client, the intake form asks for the details that go on your website (business name, phone, service area, hours, services, license number, reviews you choose to share, logo and photos) plus your email, the email that should receive your leads, and your domain details.
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
How I use it
To build and send your homepage preview, to build and run your website if you're a client, to answer your question, and to follow up about Ringline's services if you asked about them. If I build a preview, I may also look at the public information on your existing website and Google Business Profile.
I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone except the services that run this site.
Services that handle your information
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Google (Gmail) handles email, so your submission and our emails are stored there.
How long I keep it
I keep form submissions and emails for as long as they're useful for working with you. If you'd like yours deleted, email me and I'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent me at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and I extend them to everyone.
