Terms of service

Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms cover websites built and run by Ringline, a business of Eunyoung Cho, web designer in Sierra Madre, California. Paying the setup fee means you agree to them. They're written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email ringline.builds@gmail.com before you pay.

What you get

A website for your business: a homepage plus service and service-area pages, tap-to-call on every screen, a quote or contact form that sends to your inbox, basic local SEO setup, and a privacy policy. The exact pages are listed in the email that confirms your order.

Price and payment

The 7-day promise

Your site goes live within 7 days of a complete intake form, or your setup fee is refunded. "Complete" means the form is filled in and we have what's needed to point your domain at the site. The clock pauses while we're waiting on you, for example for domain access or your feedback.

Changes

Before launch you get one round of changes: send one list and we make them. After launch, small edits (text, photos, hours, service wording, removing a service, prices) are included in the care plan. Bigger jobs, like new pages (adding a service means a new page) or a redesign, get a price first and only happen if you say yes.

Your domain and your content

How sites are made

Every site goes through automated checks before you see it, and nothing goes live until you approve it.

Accessibility and search

Sites are built to follow the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines, and set up so Google can read them. We can't promise a legal outcome or a ranking on Google, because no one honestly can.

If you cancel

After the 3-month minimum, cancel by email and the care plan stops at the end of that month. You get your site files and your domain. If you cancel before the site launches, the 7-day promise above decides whether your setup fee comes back.

Limits

We work hard to keep your site up and correct. If something goes wrong, the most we're responsible for is what you paid Ringline in the 3 months before it happened. We aren't responsible for lost business or for problems caused by your hosting, domain or email providers outside our care plan.

The rest

California law applies. If we ever disagree, we'll try to sort it out by email first. We may update these terms; the version in place when you paid applies until your next renewal, and we'll email you before any change that affects you.
